Apartments
Since January 2014, our hotel offers four spacious apartments. They are ideal for comfortable short and long-term stays. All of the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and kitchen utensils, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle as well as a toaster. TV, Internet and telephone are also provided. Please note also the information on cleaning and waste disposal.

Breakfast
From Monday to Saturday you can partake in our comprehensive breakfast buffet from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The buffet is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Sundays and on public holidays. If you would like breakfast in your room, we will be happy to provide this for an additional charge of €8.00 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The order form for breakfast in your room is available at the reception desk.

**Cleaning**

The hotel rooms and apartments will be cleaned upon request. To request cleaning, please hang the "please clean" sign outside your door between 9:00 a.m. and 12 p.m.

We will be happy to provide cots free of charge if required, subject to availability.

**Departure** We kindly ask you to leave your room by 12:00 noon on the day of your departure.

Dogs
Well-behaved and house-trained dogs are welcome in our hotel. We do not have dog bowls or bed baskets. We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash in all areas of the hotel, restaurant and on the grounds out of consideration to other guests.

From 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday (from 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays), our hotel has an on-call service. Please dial +49 (0)5231-94 88 20 to contact them in urgent cases. Reception is closed during these hours.

**Parking** We offer free parking spaces for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. These are used at your own risk, we cannot accept liability for any damage.

**Reception** Reception is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. On Saturdaya and Sundays and before public holidays, it is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. On public holidays and on sundays it is open from 8:00 a.m. as well until 4:30 p.m. After you have the possibility to check-in via a automatic keybox. Please cotact us in advance if you would like to use this service.

Restaurant
Our hotel does not have a restaurant. As our hotel is centrally located, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Room keys
Please note that our reception is closed at night. As a result, please always take your key with you when you leave the hotel.

**Safe** There is a safe in the wardrobe in your room.

Shoes
There is a shoe polishing machine on the ground floor.

Smoking
Our hotel and the apartments are non-smoking areas. As a result, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. If we find evidence that you have smoked in your room, we will charge you € 100.00 for the increased cleaning workload and any lost turnover due to an inability to rent the room.

Please contact us if you have requests or concerns – we want your stay at the Elisabeth Hotel to be as enjoyable as possible. We’ll do our best to help!

Towels
Please contact the reception desk if you need more towels. If you want new towels, please place your used towels on the ground. They will be replaced with fresh towels when your room is cleaned. However, we ask you to consider the environmental impact of your actions.

TV
All TV have a remote control. Please use it to switch the TV on and off. See the guest folder for a list of TV channels.

W

**Waste disposal** We empty the waste baskets in the hotel rooms for you daily. Our apartment guests have their own bins. They are marked with “Elisabeth Hotel/Apartments” on the lid and are located at the wall under the balcony. The key you need to lock and unlock them is on your keyring. There are bin bags on the dustbin under the sink. Please separate your waste in accordance with the regulations.

Weekly closure
We do not have weekly closure day.

Wi-Fi
We offer Wi-Fi free of charge in public areas, the hotel rooms and apartments. Ask for the access details at reception.
